Hi! Let me introduce myself,
my name is Ariel. This pic of me was taken before I really knew who Harpo Marx was.
I was a singer
many years before I began playing Harpo. After many years, I'm singing again. So you see, I'm
a 2 in 1 entertainer.
First, I'll describe A Harpo, since this is really his site; then
I'll describe myself.

A Harpo
A Harpo is a comic entertainer and musician, has been performing since 2006, and had many return engagements.
Although many don't know who Harpo Marx was, they enjoy A Harpo. People of all ages have been entertained by
A Harpo. As part of the act, Harpo doesn't talk- instead, he uses pantomimes, whistling, and a horn to help him
act out his feelings.
I'd love a partner for my act, other musicians to jam with, and do some comedy
with.
If you see me, just call me Harpo, but don't be surprised if I don't talk! I'll talk
when I really have to. ("Honk, honk!")

Ariel
When I'm not Harpo, I'm Ariel, the singing harpist. My song styles are soft rock and folk, though I also enjoy
the Big Band and pop songs, many of which the Original Harpo knew and loved. I'd gladly sing them, too, but I'm
unable to play them on my harp, or my other instruments. For many years, I was a reluctant soloist, with a guitar. I can play some
keyboard, too, but prefer the harp. I dream of singing with a band, and dream of sometimes having Harpo jam and goof
around with them, too.
I'm also a songwriter who enjoys arranging and collaborating, and if I had a band,
or a singing partner, I'd often sing harmony. Harmonizing has always been a passion of mine.
When I'm performing, I often don't wear my glasses. It depends on the lighting and
what I'm doing. I know I look really cute without them, but sometimes, being able to see is more important than
appearance.
As Ariel, I will talk with people.
I can be very talkative, and may play with Harpo's toys occasionally, too. When I was a
singer, I often walked around when I was done on stage, and greeted the people around me. I can really make up for when I
don't talk! Can you believe these
are all me?

compare my Harpo to the original, see if you can tell who's who. Some people get it wrong! Every time that
happens, I'm still amazed! I
won't post Harpo's picture here, because I don't have permission to, though several websites have many of him
and his brothers. If I were able to post it legally, I would, but I'm sure the studios who own the rights to them
will charge me more than I can afford, although they are far wealthier than I could ever hope to be.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have my card and you have trouble
calling the 1st number, please call the 2nd one and leave a message. The 1st number will be changing,
the 2nd will be the same. If that changes, you'll be notified.
Either of us can provide background music for
a variety of events, including private occasions, dinner parties, business functions, weddings, showers, etc. If your
event has a theme, we'll tailor our performance to blend in with it.
Our fee is negotiable.
